Busan is the second largest city and a principal port of Korea. It is located on the southern part of the peninsula with more than 4 million inhabitants, geographically an excellent natural harbor.Busan has long been an important trade center for fishing and other industries. Blessed with a favorable climate, Busan offers both summer and winter resorts for vacationers. The major attractions of Busan are UN Memorial Cemetery where the Korean War (1950-53) dead from the sixteen UN War allies
rest in honored serenity and is the unique one in its kind in the world. Taejongdae Seaside Cliff Park, located to the south of downtown, is a very hilly area, thickly forested, with rugged cliffs that drop straight down to the sea 150 m below. The colourful Jagalchi Fish Market is a fantastic place to see the Korean vividly exotic fish market life.
