TERMS & CONTIONS


Rates

	All rates in this tariff are NET and non-commissionable. All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars or will be quoted in Euro on request

Validity

	Rates are valid from March current year through next February.

Payment

* The 10% deposit of the total tour amount should be made before one month prior to the arrival.
* The balance of the total tour amount should be settled down before seven days prior to the arrival.
* Less amount of total USD 10,000 and Euro 8,000 should be, at a time, settled down before 30 days prior to the arrival.

Payments should be remitted through TT (Bank Telegraphic Transfer). Our Bank Account No. is 204-JSD-101127(US$), 204-JSD-101588-7 (EURO), Root Travel Ltd., Poi-dong Branch, Korea Exchange Bank, Seoul, Korea. SWIFTCODE : KOEXKRSE.

Cancellation

* For cancellations made before 5 days prior to the arrival, 10 % of the total tour amount will be charged.
* For cancellations made before 1 day to 4 days prior to the arrival, 50 % of the total tour amount will be charged.
* For cancellations made on the arrival day and no show, 100% of the total tour amount will be charged.

Refunds

No refund or deduction will be made to the clients for any unused portion of tours, meals or accommodations during the course of the tour.

Responsibilities

Root Travel accept no responsibilities for any and all losses or any additional expenses due to natural disasters, changes of timetable, schedule changes, accidents, personal injuries, illness, weather, strikes, war, acts of terrorism, quarantine, theft or other irregularities beyond its control. Root Travel reserves the right to have substitute conditions and to change the itinerary with or without notice if found in the best interest of all concerned.

Free Tour Services

One expense-free tour conductor is allowed for every 15 paying members on twin share basis.
